Honey Badger is a place to name what matters to you right now, put it in order, and find the people who feel the same. It is run by Valdis Zhvaginsh (the “we” below) from the European Union, as an early-access service: things change, sometimes break, and may be turned off. We do our best to keep your list safe, and we do not promise it will be there forever.

You need to be 16 or older. One account per person, in your own name or a name you are entitled to use. You are responsible for what happens under your login; keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You may leave any time: Delete my account in Settings removes everything.

Everything you put on your list is yours. By making a row public you let us show it to other people on the site, count it on Global, match it with theirs, and draw it on the cards you share; nothing more. Make it private or delete it and that permission goes with it. We claim no other right to your words.

Naming a thing to hurt somebody, expose them, or pretend to be them. Spam, ads, and things named to game the chart. Scraping, scripts against the service, or trying to get at anything that is not yours. Anything against the law where you are. A row that breaks this may be hidden and an account may be closed, with a word from us when we can give one.

Report on a thing or a person reaches one human. Block a person and nothing forms between you. We decide in good faith and we are not a court: when in doubt, we keep people safe first.

Chipping in is a gift, not a purchase: it buys no feature and no promise, and it is not refundable except where the law says so. The list is free for everyone and stays so.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a lost list, a missed match, or anything that follows from using or not being able to use the service. Where the law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those stand.

We may change these terms; the date above moves and, for anything that matters, the site says so first. The laws of the European Union apply, and the courts of the member state where we are based hear any dispute, unless your own consumer law says otherwise. The privacy page is part of this deal.
