hbger is a place to name what matters to you right now, put it in order, and find the people who feel the same. It’s run by Honey Badger (hbger.app, the “we” below) from the European Union, as an early-access service: things change, sometimes break, and may be turned off. We do our best to keep your list safe, and we don’t promise it will be there forever.

You need to be 16 or older. One account per person, in your own name or a name you’re entitled to use. You’re responsible for what happens under your login; keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You may leave any time: Delete my account in Settings removes everything.

Everything you put on your list is yours. By making a thing public you let us show it to other people on the site, count it on Discover, match it with theirs, and draw it on the cards you share; nothing more. Make it private or delete it and that permission goes with it. We claim no other right to your words.

Anyone from 16 up may be reading, so the chart carries none of this: slurs and hate against people for who they are; swearing in a name, a note, a bio or a handle; sexual or adult content, including the sites and services that sell it; threats and harassment of a person, or naming a thing to expose or impersonate them; encouragement of self-harm; spam, ads, links, phone numbers and addresses in what should be a name; things named to game the chart. Also: scraping, scripts against the service, trying to get at anything that isn’t yours, and anything against the law where you are.

Three layers. What you type is checked as you type it, against lists of the words above in the languages people write here; a refused name says why and is never kept. A model reads what went public a second time, and looks at profile photos: it can hide a thing, take down a photo or raise a flag for a person to look at. And people report: every report reaches a human. A thing that breaks the rules may be hidden and an account may be closed; when we can give you a word about it, we do. If a name of yours was refused or hidden and you think that was wrong, tell us through Write to us and a person looks.

Report on a thing or a person reaches one human. A thing several different people report is hidden until that human looks, and comes back if it was fine. Block a person and nothing forms between you. We decide in good faith and we aren’t a court: when in doubt, we keep people safe first.

Chipping in once is a gift, not a purchase: it buys no feature and no promise, and it’s not refundable except where the law says so. The list is free for everyone and stays so.

A keeper is a subscription: more circles of your own and more people in each (the pricing page says how many) and the honey ring. A keeper’s month is billed and renewed by Telegram every thirty days until you cancel it there; all of it lasts to the end of the month paid for, and a month paid for isn’t refunded except where the law says so. When it ends, your circles and everyone in them stay; only what goes past the free limits waits. A transfer in TON or USDT can’t be reversed: send only TON or USDT on the TON network to the address on the support page. Another coin or another network can be lost, and we can’t send it back.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for a lost list, a missed match, or anything that follows from using or not being able to use the service. Where the law gives you rights that can’t be waived, those stand.

We may change these terms; the date above moves and, for anything that matters, the site says so first. The laws of the European Union apply, and the courts of the member state where we are based hear any dispute, unless your own consumer law says otherwise. The privacy page is part of this deal.
